Wet mix plant is also called wet mix macadam plant, and widely used to mix different kinds of materials according to the requirements of customers. It is a production line which produces cement treated base (CTB) and stabilized soil mixture (mainly consisting of soil, cement, water and lime) for road base course construction.

Scope of Application

WMP series wet mix plants are well designed to agitate various mixtures to produce a variety of stabilized soil base materials, such as cement stabilized soil, lime stabilized soil, and gravel stabilized soil. These stabilized soil base materials are widely used in high-grade highways, railways, and municipal construction.

Vibration mixing process for better cement hydration and stable road structure
Vibration mixing make cement fully hydrate with water. Cement-hydrate and fine aggregate wrap coarse aggregate and forming stable structure that help to increase road service time
High strength WMM mixture produced by advanced vibration mixing technology
Under same recipe and batching, strength of WMM (stabilized soil) mixtures under vibration mixing is 20% higher than common twin-shaft mixer. High strength WMM mixture help to enhance base layer and reduce cracks on pavement
Efficient material utilization system reducing cement consumption by 8 percent
Vibration mixing can shatter all material completely and make full use of them. Utilization rate of cement, additives and other material are higher. In the premise of quality and performance, it reduces cement consumption by 8%
Dual vibration mixer configuration for ultra high performance WMM production
To meet demand for high and ultra-high performance WMM, VIBMIX uses two vibration mixer working together on one plant. Material are mixed twice in a short time, thus performance of finished WMM mixture are improvement significantly
