From June 12-15, 2025, an advanced ALB1500 asphalt mixing plant from LYROAD Machinery completed container loading at ACE Group's Quanzhou manufacturing base. The equipment, comprising 14 containers, has departed Xiamen Port bound for Aden Port, Yemen, with an estimated mid-July arrival.
As a high-performance stationary plant, the ALB1500 hot mix plant features a precision weighing system, multi-stage screening, and RAP recycling capability. With a rated capacity of 120 tons/hour, it is specially designed for high-grade road construction in the Middle East's hot, arid climate, meeting all Yemeni environmental standards.
Deepening Middle East Presence, Solidifying "Made in China" Reputation
A key market in ACE Group's Middle East strategy, Yemen continues significant infrastructure investment. LYROAD has delivered multiple plants to the country, including the YLB1500 mobile asphalt plant. Its excellent mobility and reliable performance have earned strong client recognition, steadily increasing equipment ownership and securing LYROAD's leading position among Chinese brands.
ACE Group has exported over thirty sets of its core products, including the BAP160, LB3000, and YLB1500, to the Middle East. These are widely deployed in highway trunk lines, municipal construction projects, and industrial park developments. Some projects feature high-end ALB series configurations, achieving a significant increase in daily production efficiency. In 2023, ACE Group was invited to participate in the Saudi Build Expo (International Building, Construction Materials, & Machinery Exhibition). At the event, the group demonstrated its leadership in asphalt mixing technology and complete solution sets, further broadening the scope of practical cooperation with clients across the Middle East.
Localized Operations Enhance Service Value
To better serve Middle East clients, ACE Group established local technical support centers with Arabic-speaking engineers. Teams provide maintenance, remote diagnostics, and on-site training, enhancing equipment delivery efficiency and user experience.

These visits focused on in-depth exchanges covering key topics such as RAP (asphalt recycling) technology, eco-friendly dust control systems, and equipment configurations specifically optimized for extreme heat.
