A vibrator is added to the main shaft of a traditional double-horizontal mixer, and an exciting force is generated while shafts and paddles are rotating. The cement block is broken up regardless of the size and fully bonded to water, aggregate, and additives. That is, cement is free of the clots and the adhesion with water and aggregate gets significantly enhanced as well. The final mixture can enjoy higher strength and better performance.
