Asphalt-Concrete-WMM Plant Complex for Road Building Material
Asphalt mix and CTB (cement treated soil for road base, or WMM wet mix macadam) are most widely used materials for road construction. ACE group can make dual-function plants producing CTB(or WMM) and asphalt on one site. The following is a Asphalt-CTB-Concrete production plant, an asphalt plant (240t/h), a concrete plant (180t/h), a CTB plant (300t/h) and a bitumen emulsion plant (10t/h) are integrated on one plant complex, which produces both asphalt mix and emulsion bitumen for road pavement, CTB /WMM for road base building as well as concrete mix for civil building. The plant complex serve construction projects about 1500km2 area.

Asphalt and Concrete Production Plant, integrated on one side, sharing the same aggregate storage and supply, power and water supply, operation, and manage labor, produces both asphalt mix and concrete mix.
Concrete and Dry Mix Mortar Production Complex
The following is Concrete-Mortar Production Plant Complex, consisting of an 80t/h concrete batching plant, and a 60t/h dry mix mortar plant, producing concrete mix and bagged dry mix mortar for a town with a population of 320,000.
