CAP Series is a type of light-duty asphalt batch mix plant with compact structure and lower gravity center. It has no mixing tower, maximum height is less than 4 meters. It requires minimal foundation and small footprint, therefore it is quite easy for erection, installation and relocation. The most prominent feature of CAP Compact Asphalt Plant is that it enjoys the advantages of batch mix asphalt plant and drum mix asphalt plant.

Main Components
3-bin / 4-bin cold feeder which can be disassembled for easier transportation. Electronic scale with tension load cell, ensuring precise weighing and batching.
Main machine module is consisting of drying drum, mixer, filler feeder, skid bucket and primary dust filter. Integrated on one skid, ease of shipment.
Bag house dust collector, pulse jet type, minimal dust emission. NOXEX bags, sturdy and durable, longer service life. Water dust filter optional.
Hot storage silo is modular structure, convenient for transportation and installation. Dump skid feeding , easy for repair and maintenance.
